Jac Wagyu Genetics

We now have 14 Wagyu full-blood bulls servicing our herd of 500-plus cows, with calving predominantly taking place in spring.

Our genetics include sires such as:

  • KANADAGENE 100
  • ITOSHIGENAMI
  • ITOSHIGEFUGI TF 147
  • MICHIFUKU
  • ITOZURUDOI

We insist that our genetics include Tajima bloodlines so that meat quality is maintained. Tajima genetics are famous for their production of Kobe Beef in Japan.

We also have a full-blood herd of cows which provide our ongoing supply of bulls through embryo transfer and artifical insemination programs.
