Jac Wagyu Genetics
We now have seven Wagyu bulls servicing our herd of five hundred plus cows. With calving split between Spring and Autumn to allow for a more even supply of beef throughout the year.
Our genetics include sires such as

ITOSHIGEFUJI. [ View Pedigree ]
We insist that our genetics included at least 50% Tajima blood lines so that meat quality is maintained. Tajima genetics are famous for their production of Kobe Beef in Japan.
