JAC Wagyu is a naturally produced Kobe Style Wagyu beef. Our cattle graze over sweet pastures their entire lives receiving grain as a supplement in their diet for a minimum of 100 days on our farm. We do not use hormone growth promotants and in feed anti-biotics to improve performance

  Aus Meat Marbling Standards  
The AUS-MEAT marbling system provides an indication of the amount of marbling in beef. Marbling is unsaturated fat that is deposited between muscle fibers. This is what gives meat its tenderness and flavour. Marbling is assessed and scored against the AUS-MEAT marbling reference standards.
